Body-centered & relational therapy.

There are two very important skills I wish I learned earlier as an adult:

1) How to be connected with the body, and

2) How to form healthy relationship bonds

In our work together, you will be invited to learn both of these skills through experience in ways that create long-term, foundational changes in the ways you hold yourself in the world and the ways you connect with others.

Therapy is an opportunity for sensitive individuals to build a unique, therapeutic relationship that allows their inner resources to be remembered, and their gifted expression to be accessed and restored.

The therapeutic process is also meant to feel safe, and challenge us in gentle, sometimes uncomfortable ways. I am deeply committed to building a nurturing container for your growth, and look forward to the aliveness that awaits you through our process together.
